Boris did an excellent job! He kept me updated on what was going on with the property, how the market was acting and any changes that may have occurred. Boris made sure everything got done in a timely manner and we never had to push back any dates. My property sold for a great price and I was very happy at closing. Boris would advise me of any offers or contract agreements that were not in my best interest, in doing so he helped me to steer clear of any mistakes. He made the whole process very simple and it was a pleasure working with him.
